We seek those who love the English language and are passionate about writing. Write.com provides over 20,000 writers a simple, flexible way to write for fun, as a side job or as a full-time career. Our relationship with Amazon Mechanical Turk ensures a secure, reliable payment system for writers.

Suzanne Obszanski
Suzanne spent 6 years as a high school English teacher before fleeing the circus in December of 2010 and accepting a position as the Director of Workforce Recruitment for CrowdSource. She realized that teaching wasn’t very much fun when you couldn’t drink or cuss. When not helping passionate writers and editors grow, Suzanne is notoriously the noisiest team member in the office, frequently tripping over kickballs and running into walls.

Sammie Schweissguth
Sammie is a nunchuck wielding fighter from a thriving metropolis close to Saint Louis – a place where the beer flows like wine and women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano. It’s a little place called Washington, Missouri. After growing and managing the workforce of Write.com from its infancy, Sammie now serves as the Director of Client Services and continues to assist in molding the writing team into grammar experts.

Maggie Walter
Maggie studied the English language for 16 years before putting her skills to professional use. She could have stayed in school for at least 20 more years, but a stern father and a love for Coach®™ purses made her think otherwise. Maggie is now publishing a multitude of websites, making sure all of the content that appears on her pages is of the highest quality. She also maintains a winning record of 95 percent in grammar debates around the office.

Shannon Sims
Shannon nobly dedicated 5 years of her life working for the American Cancer Society, where she served as the fundraising and event coordinator until the overwhelming desire to edit e-commerce writing began to interrupt her REM sleep at night. As a Workforce Content Manager, she gets a kick out of helping other writers find their mojo and produce tip-top content. Embracing her inner nerd, she is often over-caffeinated and perusing the aisles of a bookstore.

Shannon Scott
Shannon Scott is a feisty whippersnapper from the University of Missouri. A people pleaser at heart, Shannon is still not afraid to tell you ‘how it is.’ She launched her career as Client Solutions Designer where she utilizes her upbeat personality to make clients happy. From time-to-time, Shannon satisfies her love for the English language by writing blogs, deciphering song lyrics and updating her Facebook status. She also moderates content and provides helpful feedback to writers and editors on a daily basis.
